Job Opening: Guest Experience Specialist
As a Guest Experience Specialist at HMSA, you will be the driving force behind ensuring guests have an unforgettable stay on the beautiful island of Hawaii. Your responsibilities will include managing guest inquiries, reservations, and ensuring personalized and top-notch service at every touchpoint of their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver superior customer service to guests and respond promptly to their inquiries

- 2+ years of experience in the hospitality industry

- Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus
