We are Hiring: Legal Compliance Specialist

The Latin American Community Center in Delaware is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Legal Compliance Specialist. We are dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Delaware's Latin American community through various programs and services, and we need a talented professional to ensure our operations are in compliance with all legal requirements.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Review and update organizational policies and procedures to align with legal standards
Provide guidance to staff on legal matters and compliance issues
Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed
Develop and deliver training programs on legal compliance
Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting our organization

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or a related area
Strong understanding of legal requirements and standards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
