Job Description:
- Lead wilderness expeditions through the stunning terrain of Lapland
- Provide exceptional guidance and support to our guests throughout the journey
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants
- Share knowledge and insights about the local flora, fauna, and culture
- Deliver memorable and immersive experiences for travelers seeking authentic adventures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in outdoor guiding or similar roles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for nature, exploration, and sustainable travel
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
