We are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking individual to join our team as a Sustainable Harvest Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sustainable cultivation and harvesting processes at Karlshamns Konsthantverk, ensuring our practices are environmentally friendly and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sustainable farming practices
- Manage harvesting operations effectively
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Collaborate with the research team to innovate new sustainable techniques
- Monitor and analyze crop health and productivity
- Work closely with local farmers to promote sustainable agriculture practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field
