Job Description:

As an Excursion Guide, you will lead groups of visitors on thrilling expeditions to discover the breathtaking landscapes and natural beauty of Iceland's Western Region. Your role will involve providing in-depth information about geological formations, wildlife, and local culture, ensuring our guests have a memorable and educational experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead guided tours through various terrains while ensuring the safety and enjoyment of participants
Deliver engaging presentations on the region's history, geography, and environmental conservation
Assist in trip planning, logistics, and risk assessment
Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and providing support

Qualifications:

Passion for outdoor adventure and environmental conservation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Icelandic geography, flora, and fauna
Previous experience in tourism, guiding, or related fields is a plus
