Position: Community Health and Wellness Coordinator

As a Community Health and Wellness Coordinator at Delaware Electric Cooperative, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of our members and the community at large. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing initiatives that enhance the quality of life for individuals and families, focusing on preventive care, wellness education, and access to resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with local organizations to address community health needs
Organize health and wellness events and workshops
Educate members on healthy lifestyle choices and preventive healthcare
Facilitate access to healthcare services and resources
Conduct assessments to identify health concerns and develop intervention strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, or related field
Experience in community health promotion or related areas
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for promoting health equity and well-being
