Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training needs assessments and create learning strategies to address gaps.
Collaborate with various departments to align talent development initiatives with organizational objectives.
Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs through data analysis and feedback mechanisms.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure SHRI remains a benchmark in talent development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and implementing talent development programs.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and performance evaluation methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
