Position: Cultural Experience Specialist
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Job Description:
- Design and curate unique cultural experiences that showcase the beauty and history of Catalonia
- Collaborate with local partners to organize engaging activities and excursions
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction for all visitors
- Create promotional materials to attract tourists and enhance our online presence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Arts, History, or related field
- Fluency in English and Spanish, additional languages a plus
- Passion for cultural heritage and tourism
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
