Job Title: Hospitality Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to promote Mississippi as a premier vacation destination for veterans.
- Create partnerships with local businesses and attractions to provide exclusive offers and discounts for veterans.
- Plan and organize events and activities tailored to the interests and needs of veterans and their families.
- Coordinate and facilitate guided tours and sightseeing excursions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure veterans have a memorable experience.
- Assist in coordinating transportation, accommodation, and dining arrangements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of Mississippi's attractions and tourism offerings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships.
- Passion for serving veterans and their families.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
