Job Description:
- Design and coordinate unique travel experiences in collaboration with local partners and tourism agencies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, restaurants, and other tourism-related businesses to ensure exceptional services for our customers.
- Create engaging itineraries that showcase the best attractions and hidden gems of Switzerland, providing unforgettable experiences for our clients.
- Manage logistics such as transportation, accommodation, and scheduling to ensure smooth operations during excursions.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and performance assessment of excursion staff members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the tourism industry, preferably in excursion planning, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English, German, and French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel management software.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for tourism, an eye for detail, and a creative mindset.
