We are on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Lifestyle Enhancement Specialist to join our esteemed organization in Queensland, Australia. This unique opportunity involves promoting and enhancing the well-being of our patients through tailored lifestyle interventions and recommendations.
Role Overview:
- Develop individualized lifestyle enhancement plans for patients in partnership with healthcare professionals.
- Implement engaging activities and programs to improve patient well-being and quality of life.
- Collaborate with community partners to expand the reach and impact of lifestyle enhancement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient needs and preferences to create personalized lifestyle enhancement strategies.
- Facilitate group workshops and one-on-one sessions to support patients in achieving their health and wellness goals.
- Conduct assessments and track progress to ensure the effectiveness of lifestyle interventions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with a focus on lifestyle management or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing lifestyle programs in a healthcare or community setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
