Position: Supply Chain Specialist

Job Description:

Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for optimizing the supply chain process.
Analyze transportation routes, modes, and costs to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of agricultural products.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels.
Identify and resolve any supply chain issues or disruptions to minimize impact on operations.
Implement and maintain systems to track and report key supply chain metrics.
Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
Knowledge of agricultural industry practices and regulations is a plus.
