As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests.

Your Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of our guest service team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to deliver outstanding service.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
Implement and improve service standards and procedures to enhance the guest experience.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and maintain high service standards.
Monitor guest feedback and implement appropriate actions to continuously enhance guest satisfaction.

Your Qualifications:

Prior experience in a hospitality role, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German and English.
Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire a team.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong attention to detail.
