Are you passionate about promoting sustainable practices that benefit both our community and the environment? The Lombardy Foundation for Research on LGBTQ+ Health (FLIRLGBTQ+) is seeking an Eco-Conservation Specialist to join our team in Lombardy, Italy.

Position: Eco-Conservation Specialist

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable environmental practices within rural communities
Collaborate with local farmers to promote eco-friendly agricultural methods
Educate community members on the benefits of environmental conservation
Research innovative solutions for sustainable agriculture and rural development
Monitor and evaluate the impact of conservation efforts

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Agriculture, or related field
Experience in sustainable agriculture practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for environmental conservation and community engagement
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
