We are currently seeking a Rural Lifestyle Experience Specialist to join our welcoming and collaborative team at Ålands Turist & Konferens. In this role, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the unique lifestyle and traditions of the countryside that Åland has to offer.

Your Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead interactive rural experiences for visitors
- Assist in the planning and execution of agricultural events and activities
- Provide insights and information about traditional farming practices
- Collaborate with local farmers and businesses to promote sustainable practices
- Contribute to the overall guest experience by sharing your passion for rural living

Qualifications:
- Deep appreciation for nature and rural lifestyle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Knowledge or experience in agriculture and rural traditions is a plus
- Fluent in English and Swedish; knowledge of Finnish is advantageous
