Position Available: Cultural Companion
Are you passionate about connecting with diverse perspectives and experiences? Tampereen Teatteri is seeking a Cultural Companion to join our team. As a Cultural Companion, you will play a key role in fostering understanding and empathy through cultural exchange.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate cultural activities and workshops that promote inclusivity
- Engage with community members to share and learn about different cultural traditions
- Collaborate with our team to develop diverse programming for our audiences
Qualifications:
- Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for promoting diversity and inclusion
- Experience in cultural exchange programs or related fields is a plus
