We are seeking a visionary and dynamic individual to join our team at Egilsstadir Community Tech Incubator as an Innovation Catalyst Program Manager.

As an Innovation Catalyst Program Manager, you will play a key role in fostering creativity and driving technological advancement within our region. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Developing and overseeing innovative programs that support local tech startups
Collaborating with community stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and impact
Mentoring entrepreneurs and providing strategic guidance to help them succeed
Organizing events and workshops to promote knowledge sharing and networking
Evaluating program effectiveness and implementing improvements based on feedback and data
Building partnerships with industry leaders and investors to accelerate the growth of tech initiatives
