Position: Rewards & Benefits Advisor


Job Description:

  • Develop and implement strategies for employee rewards and benefits programs
  • Provide consultation and guidance to employees on available benefits and rewards
  • Analyze market trends to ensure the competitiveness of our rewards and benefits packages
  • Collaborate with management to enhance overall employee satisfaction and retention
  • Manage the administration of benefits programs, including enrollment and claims processing

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in employee rewards, benefits, or HR-related roles
  • Strong knowledge of industry best practices related to rewards and benefits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
