Position: Rewards & Benefits Advisor
Job Description:
- Develop and implement strategies for employee rewards and benefits programs
- Provide consultation and guidance to employees on available benefits and rewards
- Analyze market trends to ensure the competitiveness of our rewards and benefits packages
- Collaborate with management to enhance overall employee satisfaction and retention
- Manage the administration of benefits programs, including enrollment and claims processing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in employee rewards, benefits, or HR-related roles
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices related to rewards and benefits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
