Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee continuous improvement initiatives to streamline production systems
- Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and areas for enhancement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows
- Develop and maintain documentation related to process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Proven experience in process optimization within a manufacturing environment
