Job Opening: Manufacturing Development Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

Lead and execute production improvement projects to optimize efficiency and quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, implement new processes, and enhance productivity
Analyze data, develop insights, and propose innovative solutions to enhance product development and manufacturing workflows
Streamline supply chain operations and develop strategic partnerships to ensure seamless production
Contribute to process optimization and standards development to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
Proven track record in manufacturing or production development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams
Fluency in English and German
