About the Role:

As a Financial Analyst at K2 Sports, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, developing financial models, and providing strategic recommendations to drive our business forward. Your keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and understanding of financial markets will help ensure accurate financial reporting and aid in making informed business decisions.

Responsibilities:

Perform financial forecasting, planning, and analysis
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and risks
Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and financial decision-making processes
Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis
Help develop and improve financial models, tools, and systems
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or similar roles
Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg)
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex financial information
Ability to effectively communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
Experience with multi-cultural environments and ability to work with diverse teams
