We are Hiring: Innovation Insights Specialist

Job Description:

Conduct in-depth research and analysis to gather market insights and intelligence
Identify and evaluate emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes
Develop and execute research methodologies, surveys, focus groups, and data collection strategies
Analyze data using statistical techniques and present actionable insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in market research, data analysis, and statistical modeling
Proficient in statistical software and data visualization tools
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
