Position: Agriculture Technology Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Agriculture Technology Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative agricultural technologies, optimizing farming practices, and driving efficiency in agricultural operations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis of current trends and advancements in the agricultural industry
Design and develop technological solutions to enhance farming practices and optimize resource allocation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of agricultural technology projects
Provide technical expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders
Stay updated with industry regulations and ensure compliance in all agricultural technology initiatives
Identify areas for improvement and propose strategies to enhance overall farm productivity

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agricultural Science, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields
Proven experience in developing and implementing agricultural technologies
Technological expertise in areas such as precision farming, remote sensing, data analytics, or IoT in agriculture
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluency in English is required, knowledge of German is a plus
