As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving financial strategies and decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze team performance and key financial metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Implement forecasting models to optimize revenue streams and investment opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
- Lead financial planning processes and contribute to budgeting exercises.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and planning.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
- Experience in the sports/entertainment industry is a plus.
