Reporting directly to the Compliance Director, this position offers a unique opportunity for legal professionals to make a significant impact in the dynamic field of cybersecurity.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance strategies that align with legal standards and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular audits to assess organizational compliance levels.
- Advise on legal matters related to cybersecurity regulations and laws.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive compliance initiatives.
- Monitor changes in regulations and update internal policies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; JD preferred.
- Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or a related legal role.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity regulations and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
