Job Title: Health and Safety Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the workplace
- Evaluate and monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create and deliver training programs to raise awareness about safety measures
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of safety-related incidents
Requirements:
- Proven experience in health and safety management or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of local health and safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and engage with employees at all levels
- Certifications or training in occupational health and safety
- Proficiency in French and English is required
