Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative wellness programs that integrate fitness, nutrition, and mental health components.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create personalized wellness plans for patients and clients.
Stay updated on the latest trends and research in health and wellness to ensure programs are evidence-based and effective.
Organize and lead group fitness classes and seminars to educate and inspire individuals to prioritize their health.
Evaluate the success of wellness initiatives through data analysis and participant feedback.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Nutrition, Psychology, or related field.
Certification in personal training, group fitness instruction, or wellness coaching is preferred.
Experience in developing and delivering wellness programs in a healthcare or community setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and empowering others to achieve their wellness goals.
