Job Description:

As an Employee Benefits Specialist at NHIF, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the employee benefits program. Your role will involve providing comprehensive support to our employees, facilitating their understanding of various benefits, and implementing strategies to improve overall employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and administer employee benefit programs
Communicate and educate employees on benefit options
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective benefit delivery
Analyze benefit utilization and recommend improvements
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Prior experience in benefits administration or related role
