Job Description:

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Emergency Preparedness Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating emergency preparedness initiatives and ensuring the safety and well-being of the community.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement emergency response plans for different scenarios
Coordinate training programs for staff members and community volunteers
Collaborate with local authorities and sports organizations to ensure the readiness for emergencies during sports events
Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards
Monitor and evaluate emergency preparedness measures regularly
Organize drills and simulations to test emergency response protocols
Maintain emergency supplies and equipment
Provide guidance and support to the community in emergency situations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in emergency management, public administration, or a related field
Proven experience in emergency management or a related field
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Proficiency in both English and German
Knowledge of sports event management is a plus
