Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations and leaders
Plan and execute engaging events and initiatives to promote community involvement
Create and implement strategies to increase volunteer participation
Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative programs and partnerships
Track and analyze community engagement metrics to measure success

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in community outreach or engagement
