Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and organize excursions, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Develop strong relationships with local vendors and attractions to enhance guest experiences.
Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries and requests promptly.
Conduct research on tourist attractions, accommodations, and activities in Normandy to create tailored excursions.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational abilities and attention to detail are essential.
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
