Vacancy: Iceberg Whisperer

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Iceberg Whisperer to join our team. As an Iceberg Whisperer, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable guest experiences and ensuring that our guests are enchanted by the beauty of the Arctic surroundings. If you have a knack for storytelling and a passion for the great outdoors, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Engage guests with captivating stories about the Arctic
Lead iceberg explorations and guided tours
Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional guest service

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for nature and outdoor activities
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
