Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain chemical processing equipment to ensure efficient and accurate production.
Monitor and adjust process variables, such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates, to maintain product specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to maximize uptime and minimize downtime.
Sample and analyze process streams to ensure product quality and compliance with internal standards.
Maintain thorough and accurate records of process operations, including batch records, equipment logs, and inspection reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address process-related issues and implement improvements.

Requirements:

Associate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (minimum 2 years) working as a Chemical Process Technician or in a similar role.
Demonstrated understanding of chemical processes, including distillation, filtration, and reaction kinetics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
