Job Title: Destination Experience Coordinator

Engage with visitors, providing personalized recommendations and assisting with travel itineraries
Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to develop and market tourism initiatives
Create and organize events, tours, and activities to showcase the region's unique offerings
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our region remains competitive
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and customer satisfaction

Requirements

A background in the tourism industry with a strong network in Kronobergs län
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends and holidays
