Your Role:

As a Franchise Operations Manager at Paul Hartmann AG, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our franchised retail locations in Bavaria. Your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth operations of our franchise stores while maintaining our company standards and values.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with franchisees to align their goals with the overall company strategy.
Provide support and guidance to franchisees in implementing company policies and procedures.
Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for growth and optimization.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing and promotional activities for franchise locations.
Organize and conduct training sessions for franchisees and their staff.
Address any operational issues or concerns raised by franchisees in a timely and effective manner.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality standards across all franchise stores.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the franchise or chain industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Sound knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.
Proficiency in analyzing data and using it to drive business decisions.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in both German and English languages.
Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and fostering a positive work environment.
