Position: Outdoor Experience Specialist

Responsibilities:

Design and organize tailored outdoor adventures for customers visiting Västernorrlands län.
Create unique itineraries and packages that showcase the region's natural beauty and local attractions.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the adventure planning process.
Collaborate with local partners to arrange accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Ensure all safety measures and regulations are followed during outdoor experiences.
Maintain knowledge of local attractions, landmarks, and events to offer expert recommendations to customers.

Requirements:

Passion for outdoor activities and a deep understanding of the tourism opportunities in Västernorrlands län.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and local partners.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the adventure planning process.
Knowledge of sustainability practices and willingness to promote eco-friendly adventures.
Proficiency in English and Swedish. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Previous experience in the tourism industry or customer-oriented roles is preferred.
