Position: Franchise Development Specialist

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Franchise Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing potential franchise opportunities, conducting market research, and developing strategies to support the growth of our franchise clients.

Responsibilities:

Research and analyze market trends to identify potential franchise opportunities
Assess the viability and profitability of potential franchises
Develop and implement strategies to support franchise growth
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective implementation of franchise initiatives
Provide guidance and advice to franchise clients
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Prior experience in franchise development or a related field
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of local and regional market trends
