Position: Adventure Experience Specialist

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a passionate Adventure Experience Specialist to join our team. As an Adventure Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating unique and unforgettable adventures for our guests. Your expertise and guidance will help visitors explore the Western Highlands and engage in thrilling outdoor activities.

Responsibilities

Design and curate adventure packages for guests, tailored to their preferences and skill levels
Coordinate with local guides and experts to ensure the highest level of safety and quality in all activities
Lead guided tours, providing informative and engaging commentary about the region's landmarks, flora, and fauna
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in adventure tourism

Qualifications

Previous experience leading adventure tours or similar outdoor activities
Deep knowledge of the Western Highlands' geography, history, and natural surroundings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Certifications in first aid and wilderness safety preferred
Passion for outdoor adventure and sharing the beauty of nature
