As an Innovations Specialist, you will:

Identify innovative research opportunities to advance various sectors within Nandi County.
Conduct extensive data analysis and utilize state-of-the-art technologies to support research initiatives.
Develop and implement robust research methodologies to effectively gather, interpret, and present findings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists, engineers, and policymakers, to integrate research outcomes into applicable projects.
Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices related to research and laboratory work.

Requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
Proven experience in designing and conducting research experiments, preferably in a laboratory setting.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data using statistical software/tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to innovation.
