Role Summary:

As an Advanced Technology Manager, you will be responsible for driving innovation and implementing advanced technology solutions within our franchise and chain operations. Your main focus will be leveraging technological advancements to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and maximize profitability.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an advanced technology roadmap for the franchise and chain sector.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies that can streamline operations and improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology into business processes, ensuring seamless adoption and alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead projects to implement advanced technology solutions, maintaining a strong focus on timelines, budget, and quality.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to franchise and chain partners, supporting their understanding and utilization of new technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for Michelin to maintain its position as a technology leader.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in technology management, with a focus on driving innovation and implementing advanced solutions within a franchise or chain environment.
  • Strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, IoT, AI, and data analytics.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
