We specialize in organizing and managing unique events that bring joy, excitement, and entertainment to people of all ages. We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Creative Event Coordinator.

About the Role:

Position: Creative Event Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute creative events to engage our audience
Collaborate with artists, performers, and vendors to ensure successful event implementation
Develop event concepts, themes, and proposals
Manage event budgets, contracts, and logistics
Promote events through various marketing channels
Coordinate event production, including set-up, sound, lighting, and visual arrangements
Oversee event operations, including ticketing, crowd control, and safety measures
Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in event planning or related field
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Creative mindset with a passion for arts and culture
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends
Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
