Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute creative events to engage our audience
- Collaborate with artists, performers, and vendors to ensure successful event implementation
- Develop event concepts, themes, and proposals
- Manage event budgets, contracts, and logistics
- Promote events through various marketing channels
- Coordinate event production, including set-up, sound, lighting, and visual arrangements
- Oversee event operations, including ticketing, crowd control, and safety measures
- Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in event planning or related field
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Creative mindset with a passion for arts and culture
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
