Job Opening:
Position: Transport Operations Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the daily transport operations in Kronobergs län
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers
- Optimize routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Collaborate with drivers and suppliers to resolve any issues or delays
- Maintain accurate records of transport activities
- Assist in the development and implementation of transport strategies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in transport or logistics operations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using transport management systems
- Knowledge of local regulations and transportation laws
- Driving license (B category)
