We are looking for a Legal Compliance Specialist to play a crucial role in ensuring our organization's adherence to laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies within Saxony
Stay up to date with changes in legislation and communicate any requirements to relevant stakeholders
Develop and implement effective compliance programs, policies, and procedures
Provide legal advice and guidance to internal teams to ensure adherence to legal requirements
Collaborate with internal and external partners, such as government agencies and legal professionals
Create and deliver training programs to promote awareness and understanding of legal compliance
Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures
Prepare reports on compliance-related matters for presentation to senior management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law, or a related field
Proven experience working in a legal or regulatory compliance role
In-depth knowledge of legal frameworks and regulations, particularly within Saxony and Germany
Excellent research and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret and apply complex legal information
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
High level of professionalism, integrity, and dedication to the field of legal compliance
