About the Position:

As the Production Operations Manager, your role will be to oversee the efficient execution of manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, quality standards, and production targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and motivate a team.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques.
