Our vibrant department is currently seeking candidates for the role of Security Solutions Specialist, a position with a focus on ensuring the safety and well-being of our educational institutions.

Your Role:

As a Security Solutions Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in defense strategies, crisis management, and risk assessment to develop comprehensive security policies and protocols for our educational institutions. You will work closely with teachers, school administrators, and law enforcement agencies to create a safe environment that promotes learning and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough security assessments of schools within Mombasa County
Identify vulnerabilities and formulate strategies to address risks
Develop and implement security protocols and emergency response plans
Train school staff on relevant security procedures and best practices
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to mitigate threats and ensure a timely response in case of emergencies
Monitor and evaluate security systems and technology within educational institutions
Stay updated on the latest security trends, technologies, and regulatory changes

Requirements:

Previous experience in a related field, such as military, law enforcement, or private security
Strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, and crisis management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality
Certification in security or risk management is preferred
