Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and support on a range of matters related to waste management and environmental regulations.
Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
Handle legal disputes and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.

Requirements:

A degree in law or a related field.
Proven experience in a legal role, preferably in the field of environmental law or waste management.
Strong knowledge of Norwegian legal system and applicable regulations.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
