Your Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to foster cultural integration within our organization

Support recruitment efforts by ensuring diverse candidate pools

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or related fields
Strong understanding of cultural diversity and inclusion principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and deliver engaging training sessions
