As an Oilfield Security Specialist at RSP Permian, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our assets, employees, and operations. Your expertise and vigilance will help protect our facilities, prevent unauthorized access, and mitigate potential risks.

Your Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough security assessments and identify vulnerabilities
Implement and enforce stringent security measures
Monitor and respond to security alarms and incidents
Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
Develop and conduct security training programs for employees
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging security technologies

Requirements:

Prior experience in military or relevant security roles

Flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts
