Job Opening: Wildlife Rehabilitation Specialist
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Wildlife Rehabilitation Specialist. As part of our mission to promote Animal Welfare, your role will involve providing expert care for the unique needs of wildlife under our care.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide essential care for injured or orphaned wildlife
- Administer proper diet, medication, and rehabilitation plans
- Monitor the progress and behavior of animals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including veterinarians and biologists
- Develop and implement effective wildlife rehabilitation protocols
Requirements:
- Previous experience in wildlife rehabilitation or a related field
- Strong knowledge of animal behavior, nutrition, and care
- Ability to handle wildlife safely and confidently
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
