About the Role:

As an Innovation Evangelist, you will be responsible for:

Driving adoption of Novartis's innovative solutions within the retail/sales industry
Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders
Providing in-depth product knowledge and support to customers
Presenting persuasive business cases to potential clients
Identifying new market opportunities and trends
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and enhance product offerings
Anticipating future customer needs and designing strategies to meet them

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the retail industry
Demonstrated passion for technological innovation and staying up to date with the latest trends
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
Flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
